Infrared massage roll does all the work. You just need to press your body to it. There are 15 positions: feet, calves; outer, inner and anterior part of the thighs, sides (fat deposits), stomach, buttocks, hands. Infrared lamps help to improve blood circulation, relax muscles, relieve pain and accelerate the body’s recovery.

We recommend starting with a 15-minute session, focusing only on legs and hips. This will allow the body to adapt gently to the new type of exposure, activate lymph photoreceptor and improve blood circulation without undue stress. After the first treatment you will feel ease and pleasant relaxation, and during subsequent visits can gradually increase the duration and connect other areas of the body for maximum effect. Our staff will show in detail how the machine works, and select for you the optimal settings - speed, intensity and duration, so that the session is as comfortable and effective as possible.
Leggings (without zipper and buttons), T-shirt and socks. Such clothes are comfortable and do not hinder the movement of the roller. Hair is better to gather in a rubber band.
The water helps to restore fluid balance, remove toxins, support muscles and joints, as well as enhance the effect of the procedure and accelerate the body’s recovery.
We recommend a course of 10 sessions. On average, clients lose about 5–10 cm in body measurements. The recommended frequency is 2 sessions per week. After completing the course, to maintain the results, support lymphatic system activity, or relieve muscle pain, 1 session per week or every two weeks is sufficient.

- Acute heart failure (including cardiac arrhythmia, inflammation of the heart muscle, infarction);
- pronounced arterial pressure disorders (hypertension, hypotension);
- phlebitis, varicose vein dilation, increased risk of thrombosis;
- acute inflammatory processes (eg, fever, pneumonia);
- skin diseases (purulent inflammation, dermatitis), open wounds and ulcers;
- infectious diseases, tumors or suspicion of them;
- Acute renal or liver failure;
- Recent injuries, bruises, sprains;
- large birthmarks, bruises, skin damage;
- tuberculosis;
- Mental disorders in the acute phase;
- pregnancy and postpartum period (within the first 3 months);
- Thyroid function disorders;
- Alcohol or drug intoxication and the consequences of its use;
- Surgical procedures carried out (at least 6 months after the intervention).
